dodaso’s mission is to provide world-class software and customer service to our global clients.  We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Technical Accounting Team.  You will be providing support to Sr. Technical Managers in requirements gathering and working closely with the team of software engineers in the development planning and execution.   You must be highly self-motivated as you will play a key role throughout the software development roadmap and evolution of key platform features for our LeaseEnterprise and LeaseAgility Solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, design, development and QA teams to translate critical business and product requirements into technical specifications. 

• Provide lead technical accounting support and evaluating accounting implications lease and services contracts.
• Assist in ASC 842 and IFRS 16 Lease implementation projects.
• Research and assess the impacts on our client organizations and ensuring an accurate transition and implementation

• Must have a BA/BA in Accounting, MBA is a plus
• A minimum of 5 years of continuous experience in a public accounting firm and or public company.
• CPA or currently working towards obtaining a CPA certification
• Superior technical analytical skills required.
• Current and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles including SEC Reporting
• Strong understanding of US and International Lease Accounting Standards
